Absolutely all products produced by Capsexpress have batch sampling retained. These retentions are kept for up to 12 months after the expiration date of the product, in case of technical problems the sample is captured from storage for testing the specific lot.
Our products have a very unique inventory turnover because they have a “Just in time” process (the input arrives when we are going to produce). This process increases the shelf life of the product and makes it much more usable and increases your potential inventory turnover.
Our research and development sector, when asked to create a formulation, is very concerned with the effectiveness of the product and brings only the specific ingredients to generate effectiveness in consumption. Upon request, medical and scientific efficacy studies are sent for the customer to analyze and choose the formula that will best suit their consumer.
From the purchase order of the inputs to be used, each item is checked and approved or disapproved according to strict quality standards (humidity, temperature, sampling standard, hygroscopy, among other technical standards).
When an order is placed at the same time, standard procedures and documents are generated that accompany the product on the production line, every productive minute the process is checked.
All products we produce have full traceability. We know where it came from, who produced it, what time it produced it, how they did it. In our plant the same happens, each batch, who produced it, what time, how, in which machine, with what temperature, what humidity. When the product leaves our plant and is delivered to our customer we know exactly what the product is and everything that happened to it.
Our suppliers are selected and the ingredients undergo an analysis so that the raw material reaches a quality standard that does not affect the consumption, production and processes that the product will undergo.
Each raw material, ingredient and input of your product has a record, technical sheet, report and standard quality control and production documentation.
